The role involves full cycle recruiting for various roles including seasonal, part time, lifeguards, and child care professionals. This is a contract to hire opportunity with the potential for long term employment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools for account management and development
- Utilize software such as Paycom, MS Suites, ATS, Excel, and MS Teams for recruitment and administrative tasks
- Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to determine staffing needs and strategies
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of potential candidates
- Maintain an organized, accurate record of all recruitment activities
- Work on-site consistently to effectively perform recruitment duties
- Coordinate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and specifications
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Minimum of two years experience in HR or recruitment
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Paycom and Applicant Track System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing solutions
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
- Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
