YOUR MISSION:

  • Support SVP of Marketing & Brand Strategy on travel, expenses/invoices, calendar management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support for broader marketing team, including preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain department calendar and facilitate entries into Corporate Calendar.
  • Maintain department shared drives, SharePoint, department websites and other ongoing reports and databases.
  • Plan, order, and manage partner seeding inventory and distribute products.
  • Coordinate assets for marketing programs, including interaction with our in-house creative services team.
  • Coordinate + book travel for partners and athletes.
  • Place POs and facilitate payments for key US partners, athletes + ambassadors.
  • Support marketing team on execution of events and activations.
  • Conduct regular consumer research on sportswear and fashion industry trends as well as our competitive landscape.
  • Remain current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to marketing.
  • Overall day-to-day team support.

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) of Marketing experience (Internship/Co-op experience can be included).
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A deep passion for and knowledge of sports, sneaker culture, fashion music, and entertainment.
  • Ability to work primarily in our Somerville, MA office with some hybrid flexibility.
