Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Responsible for managing e-discovery and document preservation for litigation, government and internal investigations matters, including developing, managing and executing plans to preserve, review, produce, and ultimately dispose of electronic documents and data.
- Manages Legal department projects related to litigation, government and internal investigations, and life science regulatory matters, reviews all project processes and seeks ways to improve efficiency and timelines of project processing and deliverables.
- Function as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery and the legal hold process and serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and IT and other internal and external functions, including in the proactive development and implementation of eDiscovery and litigation hold best practices, processes, and procedures.
- Provides eDiscovery and project management support as requested.

- Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 06-08 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
