Job Overview

As the Sales Operations Manager at Bad Birdie, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team’s success. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational processes that enable our sales teams to run efficiently and effectively. From managing critical sales systems to working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams, you will ensure that the team is equipped with the tools, insights, and support necessary to meet and exceed sales targets. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Build and manage the Sales Calendar to ensure team alignment and execution across the year.
  • Create and update Seasonal Sales Toolkits to provide the sales team with the latest resources for success.
  • Manage the sample process to ensure that sales representatives have the necessary materials to showcase products.
  • Lead the development of B2B Sales Platforms to streamline wholesale and large account management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Design to hit deadlines and deliver on project milestones.
  • Manage all Trade Show efforts, coordinating logistics and execution for a successful presence.
  • Pull weekly reports to provide Sales Leaders with actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Oversee and maintain all sales systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
  • Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to create efficiencies in interdepartmental communication and processes.
  • Create sales forecasts and build dashboards that help internal teams and stakeholders understand business health and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop detailed roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously to keep teams on track and aligned with deadlines.

THE TECHNICAL STUFF

  • 2+ years of experience working in Sales Operations, Project Management, or a related role.
  • Experience managing sales systems and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ERP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create and manage sales forecasts, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and across departments.
  • Experience in managing trade shows, events, or B2B sales platforms is a plus.
