Regents Point in Irvine, CA, a HumanGood community named a "Best Nursing Home in 2023-2024" U.S. News & World Report is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Assisted Living team.
Full-time Must be able to work all Shifts incl. Nights (11pm-7am) $42-$52/hr. (DOE) Shift Diff for Night Shift New Grads Always Welcome to Apply!
Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating HumanGood’ s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” S/he ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Would Have
Current RN license in the state for which applying
Current CPR certification
Prior nursing experience in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, post or sub-acute care is highly desirable
