We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant for a contract position in Renton, WA. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential documents. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant for a contract position in Renton, WA. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential documents. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software (like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks for executives, managing their schedules, and organizing meetings/events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Skilled at managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and streamline processes for executives.
- Precise and accurate with documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor to interact with clients, partners, and staff.
