We're currently seeking passionate Therapeutic Mentor and Therapeutic Training and Support staff to join our team in the New Bedford and Dartmouth MA area. Staff must be willing to travel to both locations.
Summary Of Therapeutic Training And Support
Provide Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) and/or Therapeutic Training and Support (TTS) services to clients and families with MassHealth and Commercial insurance policies needing more intensive support than traditional individual therapy provides.

Summary Of Therapeutic Training And Support

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth; or an Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school and one year of experience working with the target population; or a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
- Highly competitive hourly rates (compensation increases based on caseload size, fluency in a second language, and tenure with agency)
- No requirement to come to an office - focus on delivering care to your clients.
- Buildable caseloads to get to desired hours
- Paid weekly supervision required, counts towards licensure
- Notation system compatible with cell phones
- Mileage reimbursement
