Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Pipelining Manager (Remote Position)

This fully remote position requires a strong foundation in FERC Section 7 regulations and Third-party EIS documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of projects from initial routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing necessary permit applications, including those required under FERC Section 7 and Third-party EIS.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to environmental policies.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams such as engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts to enhance project outcomes.
• Effectively engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and community meetings.
• Oversee project scope, budget management, scheduling, and forecasting for ongoing projects.
• Participate in business development initiatives and represent the organization at industry conferences.
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections as necessary.

• Comprehensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental licensing and permitting within pipeline projects.
