- Scheduling Software including but not limited to Enterprise Systems Platform (ESP), Control-M and Control-M Enterprise
- Monitoring Enterprise Batch Operations (z/OS, Unix, Windows)
- Mainframe Batch Production Monitoring
Required Knowledge, Skills and abilities
- High School Diploma and/or related advanced training and certifications such as A+ Certification.
- ServiceNow, z/OS 1.4(or higher), MVS/ESA-OS/390, JES3 V4, ISPF, CICS, OPS/MVS II, JCL, DB2, TCP/IP
- Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift, strong written and verbal communication skills
