Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of products to guarantee top-quality finishing
• Apply stains using HVLP or traditional hand methods
• Execute top coat applications by hand or HVLP
• Implement quality control measures to uphold our 5-star product standards
• Innovate and develop a comprehensive finishing procedure for improved quality outcomes
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient understanding of coating products and finishing methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
• Capacity to handle physical labor and heavy lifting
