In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat----Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner----Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members----Maintain accurate records of customer interactions----Assist with customer service-related tasks as neededQualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills----Strong problem-solving abilities----Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively----Previous customer service experience is a plus----Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support toolsExperience:1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferredThe pay range for this role is:27 - 30 USD per hour(Meridian, ID 83642)PI445d185a8ab5-25660-35616580
