We are looking for a skilled Loan Processor to join our team in the banking industry, located in Framingham, Massachusetts. This role involves managing customer loan applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

- Accurately process customer loan applications in a timely manner
- Maintain precise records of customer credit
- Provide support to Loan Officers as required
- Collect data from customers including assets, debts, employment details, etc.
- Evaluate credit histories for applications
- Research and rectify errors on applications
- Review files for necessary documentation and missing information
- Meet loan deadlines consistently
- Communicate effectively with customers about their loan needs
- Gather necessary information for the loan application process
