We are currently seeking a highly qualified Environmental Project Manager to champion our environmental team, specifically focusing on midstream pipeline projects related to natural gas, hydrogen, and crude oil. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage diverse projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Guide resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing permit applications, including FERC Section 7 and Third-party EIS documentation.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and forecasts effectively.
• Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to maintain project integrity.
  
  

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental statutes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and MS Dynamics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
• Proven expertise in managing both small to mid-sized projects (ranging from \(25k to \)100k) and larger projects (exceeding $500k).
