Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims
- Engage in regular communication with clients to provide updates and collect necessary information
- Prepare and file EAMS court documents
- Maintain accurate records and case files
- Participate in the development of case strategies and plans
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure effective case management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with EAMS court filings
- Familiarity with case management systems, preferably A1
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor in handling client inquiries
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Case Manager
- Comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
