Salesforce Administrator

Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team located in Jupiter, Florida, 33458, United States. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be tasked with the administration and performance optimization of Salesforce systems and products. This role places a premium on ensuring successful integration of various Salesforce systems, as well as data management and user support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of Salesforce systems and products, ensuring their optimal operation
• Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for better integration
• Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
• Import data such as sales department leads and contacts into the system
• Maintain the sales cloud and create custom reports and dashboards
• Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
• Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, providing training and support to users
• Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
• Prepare reports for sales and other departments
• Provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration
• Proficiency in creating Salesforce Dashboards
• Familiarity with both Operational and Reporting Dashboards within Salesforce
• Ability to create detailed and functional reports within the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, its functionalities, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide Salesforce solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
