Creative Account Supervisor Perks:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field.
- 7 years of work experience in an account management or client management role at a creative agency.
- Must have experience leading high profile 360 TV Campaigns and be comfortable with post productions.
- Must have people management experience.
- Working knowledge of Workfront is required.
- Lead a team of video producers, photo producers, designers, copywriters, and project managers through the full lifecycle of creative campaign development and execution.
- Explore and leverage modern production techniques, platforms, and methodologies to discover innovative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
- Guide the team in crafting innovative and strategic design solutions that address complex brand and communication challenges.
- Oversee creative marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
