We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager for our SSTRY (Substance Screening, Treatment and Recovery for Youth) Program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing the agency’s treatment philosophy while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and internal policies. This position encompasses clinical, administrative, and supervisory duties, with a focus on managing the SSTRY screening, admission, treatment, and aftercare processes. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring effective service utilization, accurate billing, and maintaining audit integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the agency’s treatment philosophy across all program areas.
• Oversee the SSTRY processes, including screening, admission, treatment, and aftercare.
• Ensure precise billing practices and maintain documentation that passes audits.
• Complete all required regulatory training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor staff in adherence to program policies and procedures.
• Foster collaboration with various departments to enhance service delivery.
