Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a project-based assignment. As a Recruiter at our innovative e-commerce startup, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of different departments.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:

• Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
