Position Overview

Manor House Films is seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Search, LinkedIn, and Snap. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital advertising and a strong track record of driving successful campaigns across multiple social media and search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media and search campaigns for Manor House Films’ theatrical releases and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategize, plan, and implement targeted ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Search, LinkedIn, and Snap to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Social, and PR teams to align messaging and ensure campaigns are cohesive across all digital channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, tracking performance, and delivering data-driven insights for forecasting and adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and continuous optimization to improve performance and ensure ad spend efficiency.
  • Monitor platform trends and best practices to stay ahead of changes in algorithms, ad formats, and targeting capabilities, ensuring cutting-edge campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce detailed reports, providing actionable recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain relationships with ad platform representatives to stay informed on new tools, products, and strategies for paid social and search.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns, with expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, X, YouTube, Google Search, LinkedIn, and Snap.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize data-driven ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Experience with platform-specific ad tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and others.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
