The Sr. Manager, Practice Relations will be responsible for managing the programs, training, and overall coaching and performance for Practice Relations Ambassadors, a nationwide group who serve as local growth marketers supporting the local surgeon and practice vision through five key dimensions: referrals, marketing, education, relationship-building, and brand promotion. This role will ensure that the Practice Relation Ambassadors are effectively fostering relationships, driving patient referrals, and promoting the practice and Paradigm brands effectively within their territories. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of Practice Relations Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively engage with referring dental practices and the local patient population.
  • Onboard, coach and performance manage new and existing team members.
  • Guide in the development and oversight of local marketing plans, budget and expense approvals in support of practice growth goals.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional directors, practice administrators and surgeons addressing any concerns.
  • Distribute, develop and implement processes, strategies and programs to increase patient referrals from dental practices, including targeted outreach, promotional events, and educational programs.
  • Monitor referral trends and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of referral programs.
  • Promote the practices within their communities through events, continuing education seminars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on overall demand generation performance, brand management, and to create and distribute promotional materials, ensuring alignment with practice and Paradigm branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and feedback from referring practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare reports on referral activity, relationship management efforts, and market conditions for senior management.
  • Work closely with the clinical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and to support the successful integration of new practices.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities for practice partnerships.
  • Travel as required to various territories to support the Practice Relations Ambassadors and to build relationships with referring practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Previous leadership experience in a geographically distributed multi-unit environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in practice relations, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving growth in referral networks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically, up to 75%.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in practice relations, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Passion for developing repeatable, effective learning and development techniques.

Compensation details: 90000-120000 Yearly Salary
