Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandising Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Performing weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time merchandising tasks at retail locations within a 15-mile radius of your residence.
  • Accurately stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
  • Conducting audits to verify correct product placement.
  • Engaging in data collection and display setup.
  • Maintaining planogram standards and executing resets as instructed.
  • Utilizing the RMS Web Portal or Mobile App to report completed projects and upload required documentation and photos.
  • Preparing for in-store assignments by organizing supplies and reviewing project instructions.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with store personnel and fellow RMS team members to achieve shared objectives.

Required Skills

Candidates should demonstrate the following skills for successful performance in this role:

  • A foundational understanding of retail and merchandising operations.
  • Proficiency in reading and comprehending retail terminology and procedures.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage weekly project schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Capability to use simple tools, such as screwdrivers and box cutters, for merchandising tasks.

To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Reliable transportation to commute to retail locations within a 15-mile radius of your home.
  • Regular access to internet and smart devices with capabilities for downloading and printing.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize work to meet deadlines.
