Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Medical Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our clinical team and acting as a proactive resource for our members in the areas of disease prevention and benefit education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the clinical team by facilitating education on disease prevention and available benefits.
  • Conduct informative telephone calls to members, outlining available services and programs.
  • Complete comprehensive health needs assessments and refer members to appropriate management programs.
  • Engage with members identified with care gaps, motivating them to adhere to health recommendations and assisting with provider and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage system work queues by screening members for eligibility and addressing customer service inquiries.
  • Conduct research and analysis on inquiries or complaints relating to processes and member incentives.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
