Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and proposals
- Lead design initiatives for drainage, paving, lot layout, utility layout, grading, and road projects
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project success
- Oversee engineering tasks and ensure adherence to timelines
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to fulfill their requirements
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout project development
- Proficient in civil engineering principles and site design
- Strong understanding of drainage, paving, and lot layout
- Experience with utility layout and grading
- Familiarity with project management and proposal crafting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for civil engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience, specifically in site design and land development
