We are a national self-perform concrete contractor and are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with our South East project teams, providing operational leadership to ensure positive project outcomes. It offers both exciting challenges and a clear career advancement path.

- Supervise, direct, and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear expectations for all team members.
- Manage project information, delivering updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Assess project progress and make recommendations to meet or exceed execution goals.
- Allocate manpower resources efficiently to achieve project objectives.
- Enforce adherence to defined processes, ensuring team members fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with customers as they arise during the project.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial projects.
- Solid understanding of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects valued over 1 million dollars.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
