We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during their designated shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during their designated shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities For An Assembly Shift Leader Includes
- Lead and supervise a team of production workers on the assembly line.
- Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing facility.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to oversee assembly line operations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- High school diploma or GED
