Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to effectively promote the facility.
- Engage in essential facility meetings, including Clinical, Medicare, Resident Review, and Quality Assurance discussions.
- Oversee the therapy department's operations and address staffing requirements.
- Partner with the Area Director on strategic projects.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of rehabilitation services and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Marketing acumen to enhance facility visibility.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within rehabilitation.
