Rush Truck Leasing seeks an experienced Business Manager to join our Corporate Office leadership team. This key role will lead our corporate office team and support our field locations across North America. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, leadership ability and strong accounting skills. The Business Manager will learn and lead the organizational processes with the team to generate accurate financial data for the division. You will be the key interface between the corporate administrative team and the 57 Full-Service Leasing locations. You will have the chance to demonstrate your ability to resolve problems within tight time frames, communicate effectively and manage and elevate our current processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Corporate Administrative Team
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all field locations and corporate accounting department.
  • Ensure that work is distributed to the appropriate personnel so that business goals are accomplished.
  • Unit P&L Analysis
  • Generate Monthly reports to ensure that key metrics are being met.
  • Manage the PPT reconciliation and coordinate the annual filing with the Tax Department
  • Manage the Peg Reconciliation of licensing and FHUT with each of the Contract Admin
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication and professional development. This position manages a 11-person team and is required to maintain a premier work environment for our Rush employees.


Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Managerial Experience
