As a reputable investigative firm with over 23 years of experience, we specialize in providing essential services to the insurance, government, and legal sectors. This role offers an opportunity to engage in critical surveillance work related to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance operations for various claims types, ensuring comprehensive and accurate findings.
• Perform activity checks and in-depth background investigations as required.
• Take witness statements and execute scene inspections to support investigative efforts.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting all findings, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
• Adapt to different surveillance environments, including high crime areas, demonstrating versatility and skill.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum two years of surveillance experience in a relevant capacity.
• Proficient in conducting Special Investigations Unit (SIU) related functions, including statement taking and scene inspections.
• Exceptional report writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication abilities, crucial for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Capability to conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse settings.
• Comfort and proficiency in executing pretext investigations as part of the surveillance process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Private Investigator license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Proven expertise in surveillance and investigative functions, demonstrating a successful track record in the field.
