Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with educational staff and parents in formulating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of students
- Conduct thorough assessments and devise effective treatment plans
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress routinely
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Skilled in conducting assessments and treatment planning
- Capable of effectively documenting and tracking student progress
- Team-oriented mindset focused on fostering student success
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered Occupational Therapist certification
- Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth aged 3 to 21
