FERRARI OF SAN DIEGO is seeking an experienced PREOWNED RECEPTIONIST. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm.

The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The right candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Job Description:
The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The right candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Heavy phones and basic computer literacy are necessary for this position.
- Greet guests and callers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ring up merchandise in CDK
- Assist sales/marketing team with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Minimum 2 year experience as receptionist
- Communication skills -- communicate effectively with others
- Time Management -- ability to manage one's own time
- Typing -- ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
- Mathematics -- ability to solve basic math calculations.
- Basic computer skills
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
