Your Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Marketing Coordinator to execute strategic partnerships across sports, live events, and travel industry sectors, including hotels, theme parks, and cruise lines. In this role, you will activate contractual obligations and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen both Brightline's brand and that of our partners. This role requires excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills. You will create and manage marketing programs that deliver mutual benefits and advance Brightline's business objectives.

Your Role


  • Contract Management: Implement partnership agreements, ensuring all terms are executed on time and within budget.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities that align with Brightline’s strategic goals.
  • Project Coordination: Manage partnership initiatives from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partnership campaign performance, utilizing metrics to identify success and areas for optimization.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or opportunities.
  • Operations: Align with internal teams, including train schedules, mobility operations, and station management, and report any necessary adjustments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and support joint events or promotions, including logistics and promotional activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends and potential partners that could benefit the business.

Your Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within marketing, partnerships, or event management.
  • Self-motivated marketing professional eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and the ability to evolve strategies to meet new challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
