About The Role
This is a System Support Package (SSP) lead role within the Logistics Project Engineering organization. The SSP lead supports Government test events by planning and managing the procurement, shipment, and replenishment of spare parts and tools required for vehicle testing.

This is a System Support Package (SSP) lead role within the Logistics Project Engineering organization. The SSP lead supports Government test events by planning and managing the procurement, shipment, and replenishment of spare parts and tools required for vehicle testing.
Responsibilities
- Manage SSP as per program scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze vehicle BOM and models to support SSP procurement decisions
- Track and communicate SSP risk
- Write and track Material Requisitions
- Communicate with project team and internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Test departments
- Communicate with customer, representing GDLS in meetings and milestone reviews
- Develop SSP-related deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Field Test, and/or Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with material requisitions, using Oracle or a similar system
- Experience using Teamcenter, reading engineering drawings, and/or using CAD models a plus
