Sales Representative

This position is responsible for business development and product sales of ingredients and custom premixes in Idaho and Utah. This position also interfaces with customers to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 with additonal earning potential.  The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision as well as 401(k) with employer match. This position will have vechile reimbursement for the travel. 

• Achieve sales objective for volume, revenue, and profit in accordance with the Company’s strategic plan and individual goals.
• Identify and seek potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Develop and keep current list of prospects.
• Make personal sales calls, provide product and pricing information.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Present prices to customers and alternative products to offset those increases.
• Keep current with market information to determine customer needs, volume potential and industry environments.
• Report competitive information, conditions and feedback from customers to team.
• Serve as an exemplary Pinnacle Premix representative at industry events.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Ag Economics, Ag Science or related field of study is preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years of industry experience and/or in a business development role.
