Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound patient scheduling calls while ensuring attention to detail on appointment details.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools to ensure appointment is scheduled accurately.
• Ability to demonstrate workflows and subject matter expertise covered in training while maintaining KPIs (Call Quality, Error rate, calls per hour)
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including active listening, asking questions for clarification and interpersonal skills like empathy and patience.
• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting patients
• Eager to advance your career with a unique single specialty healthcare company
• Enjoy working independently and with a team
• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• At this time; Forefront can only offer employment to individuals located in the following states: WI, FL, NC, AZ, IN, OH, NV
• As a note for work-at-home positions, we require the minimum requirements of your home internet service; 90kbps downstream and upstream.
