The company's mission is to create value in and for the people they serve, especially the employee-owners.What WILL YOU DO AS the Production Manager?As the Production Manager at our Lewisville facility, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day production operations and supervising approximately 15 employees. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll lead and continuously train your team toward operational excellence. Your knack for problem-solving will be put to the test as you analyze manufacturing processes, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements. and ensure a safe working environment. With a focus on efficiency and excellence, you will lead by example to drive continuous improvement in equipment and processes and ensure a safe working environment.Would you be a great Production Manager?To excel as a Production Manager, you will need a diverse set of skills and experiences. From strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in fabrication, welding, and reading blueprints to exceptional time management and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize worker safety and health is paramount. Your high school diploma, coupled with four or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting, will set you up for success in this role. Being forklift certified and having a background in fasteners manufacturing would be advantageous, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Your aptitude for written and verbal communication, combined with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving, will be key to thriving in this exciting and challenging position.Skills required for the position are:

Other requirements:

• High school diploma
• Four or more years of supervisory responsibilities in a manufacturing/production environment
• Fasteners manufacturing experience preferred
