As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team of dedicated medical professionals, conducting a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exam in Vista, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with preparing patients for examinations and minor office procedures.
• Conduct selected patient and laboratory testing as per scope of practice.
• Under the supervision of onsite providers, perform phlebotomy and document vital signs.
• Provide escorting and chaperoning for patients in accordance with policy.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the clinical care team to ensure best practices.
• Offer clerical support and serve as a backup for the Administrative Assistant and other team members as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in assisting providers with various medical tasks.
• Familiarity with patient care procedures and office protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
