• Bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Month end close of accounting records for multiple companies.
• Reconcile Credit Card Transactions
• Apply payments to outstanding A/R
• Prepare journal entries for multiple companies.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as assigned.
• Create new processes and efficiencies.
• Strong time management skills
• Good leadership qualities including verbal and written communication
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the rest of the team
• Desire to be constantly learning about the job as well as keeping skills up to date
• Ability to take constructive criticism well
• Accounting/Finance degree
• 1-3 years of accounting/finance experience
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel Pivot tables, data management, formulas, etc.
