Job Summary

Manages, plans and directs the daily operations of Blackstone Café and New Horizon Adult Day Center to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Ensures compliance with established organization policy, professional accreditation standards, practices and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing direct reports in a systematic way that is strategically aligned with the organization’s mission, vision and services standards. Exemplifies the service standards in behaviors and decision-making, strategically integrating them into the clinical operation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred

Three To Five Years Management Experience Preferred.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
