Job Description
COMC has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our Product team to drive new projects across our customer & partner offerings! This role will report to the Head of Product and be responsible for helping COMC tackle new, dynamic opportunities in the collectibles market, ranging from customers to strategic partners. You will work proactively with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment to move new technology products, strategic and internal operations initiatives through the product development cycle.
The ideal candidate should be an agile native, able to take ongoing product releases or individual projects from conception to reality through scoping, prioritization, communication, and tradeoff management with stakeholders and delivery teams. Effectively manage product backlogs, agile sprints, and product releases, provide visibility into predictable release and project delivery schedules. Implement systems and structures that encourage collaborative environment across team functions and assure efficient execution towards project goals.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, UX designers, operations, and sales & marketing teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects based on the company-wide vision, project priorities and goals. You will help teams continuously optimize value delivery processes and improve efficiency of work.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders & partners to scope and build requirements and project plans
- Interface with business leaders and stakeholders to determine and prioritize initiatives, projects and product releases
- Create business and technical requirements, develop user stories, manage Jira backlogs, drive execution
- Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and UX teams to move stories to completion through different stages of development from ideation to refinement, engineering, user testing, and market release
- Measure team velocity and optimize for efficient product delivery
- Provide visibility and timely communications to project stakeholders
- Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture
- Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization
- Maintains high level of confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years’ experience in a technical product, program, or project management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Linguistics, or related field
- Expert Jira knowledge and understanding of agile practices
- Prior experience managing new or existing technology product offerings from conception to launch
- Demonstrated track record of using data analysis & understanding of structured data to drive decision making
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.)
- Deep knowledge of trading card industry and collecting experience strong preferred
Work Location
Location – Washington State
Opportunity for Remote work – Hybrid - Ability to commute to Algona or Redmond, WA 3-5 days per week (depending on business needs)

Pay: $90,000-$130,000 annually
