Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, administering medication, and transportation, while following their individualized support plans
• Support youth in a variety of settings and plan recreational activities
• Follow established menus and dietary restrictions, while maintaining adequate food/supplies
• Encourage personal growth and development
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Must pass background checks pursuant to the Wisconsin Caregiver’s Background Check Law and WI DCF 56 licensing requirements
• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting participants based on their needs
• A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities
• Ability to make decisions in emergency situations or day to day crisis management
