Position Highlights

  • Position: Diagnostic Imaging Assistant- Front desk Admin
  • Location: Skokie- Old Orchard
  • Full Time/Part Time: PRN/Registry/as needed
  • Hours: 3pm-9pm
  • Required Travel: Local as needed

What You Will Need

  • Education: High School degree or equivalent
  • Certification: CPR certification required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of prior secretarial supervisory experience and medical terminology preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with word processing and computer skills required; typing 25-35 wpm.

What You Will Do

  • Greet all patients coming into the Radiology department and assist with patient issues
  • Input patient information into the EPIC system with high accuracy
  • Schedule, check in, and verify information for patients
  • Make reminder phone calls to patients the day prior to their appointment
