- Hybrid after 3 months on site
- They are building up with companies that have been in service for several years – still a start up feel.
- Acquiring 1-3 companies on a yearly basis.
- Opportunity to be on the ground level, drive change, be innovative!
- Very exciting time for the organization. Senior management takes into account what areas the individual wants to strengthen for their professional growth. Then implements a plan to allow this person to take on those areas to help build their accounting exposure.
- VP is high on promoting from within!
- Be the top finance person for this location – work closely with operations to bringing visibility into numbers. Be a true business partner.
- Excellent opportunity to work on financials at a plant level. In addition, support finance and accounting at a broader level with projects that are exciting for you! Be it an acquisition integration, or standardization of fixed assets.
- Potential for growth to oversee a region.
- Full responsibility for the month end close process : Jes, reconciliations, analysis, cash flow.
- Financial reporting.
- Working closely with operations to bring overall enhancements and visibility into numbers. Driving the plant performance.
- Implement processes and procedures at plant and corporate level.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- BS Accounting. CPA/MBA is a plus
- Must have manufacturing accounting experience either directly from industry or working with manufacturing clients in public accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
