Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialists to join our team for a short-term project in Taylor, MI. As part of this project, you will be responsible for opening Quickbooks invoices, checking the backup documentation, and ensuring accurate categorization. This is a month-long project with a possibility for future work. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and QuickBooks online experience.

Job Specifications

• Role: Job Title: Accounting/Bookkeeping Specialist
• Job Type: Temporary 1 month +
• Location: Taylor, MI 100% onsite
• Pay Rate: 25-30/hr. depending on experience
• Shift: 8-5 hours, Monday to Friday
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Open QuickBooks invoices and verify the backup documentation is attached
• Accurately categorize invoices and transactions by account
• Ensure proper classification and categorization of invoices
• Review and reconcile any discrepancies found
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping is required
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks, specifically the online version
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
