Job Description:

Questify Fitness is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to manage and execute fitness-related events, workshops, and promotions. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully, while enhancing the Questify brand and customer experience.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1350 weekly

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery within set constraints.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to negotiate contracts and secure resources.
  • Oversee the promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to maximize attendance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all event participants, ensuring a high level of customer service before, during, and after the event.
  • Coordinate and supervise staff, volunteers, and contractors during events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback and metrics to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations for events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all events, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
  • Interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.
