Position Overview
Markgraf Consulting is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator Intern whose primary responsibility will be to maintain SAP installations at a technical level. Key Responsibilities
- Apply analytical and problem-solving abilities to support SAP installations.
- Demonstrate active listening skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effectively manage time, organize tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Review complex issues, identify areas for process improvement, and implement preventive measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and customers across various functions, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Provide on-call application support as needed in a shift-based environment.
- Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not required.
- This is an entry-level internship; no prior experience in SAP Basis is required.
- Applicants with more than 3 years of SAP Basis experience will not be considered.
- Degree focus in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems (BIS).
- Prior work experience in customer service-oriented roles.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including management.
