Part Time Payroll Clerk Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Tuesday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
• Monday and Tuesday only each week
• 8am-5pm (16 hours each week)
• Working in Paycom
• Ensure times cards are received
• Ensuring time cards are complete and accurate
• Entering time into Paycom
• Verifying all entries
• Calculating and adding per diem
• Allocating time to each job in the General Ledger
  
  

Part Time Payroll Clerk Qualifications

• 6 months and 1 year of experience
• Microsoft Excel and Paycom
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Multitasking, data entry and documentation
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
