Who You Are

You enjoy creating digital art and marketing materials, enjoy working business focused social media accounts, and working with advertising vendors.

What You Will Do

• Manages print and digital graphic content across web, in-house, email and social media platforms - must have proficiency and experience with graphic production work.
• Coordinates with agency and vendors to create, design and manage outsourced marketing projects.
• Updates and crafts copy for website, email marketing and social media channels.
• Creates innovative and timely social media content across MIB’s social media platforms that increase followers, engagement and visibility using organic and paid platform tools, and leads expansion into new platforms.
• Communicates actively with player service requests and respond to daily messages, inquiries, comments, etc. across MIB’s digital channels.
• Assists with production and execution of special events and promotions.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills across all internal and external relationships.
• Serves as MIB’s unofficial photographer capturing pictures of various events, promotions, and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field OR at least two (2) years’ experience in managing websites, social media platforms, email blasts and text messaging programs; required
• Online or print portfolio required.
  
  

Who We Are

Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
