Arisa Health is seeking candidates for a Program Manager position to join our Therapeutic Foster Care program in Jonesboro. The Program Manager is the leader and administrative manager of the program. The ideal candidate will have 1- 2 years of leadership experience within a mental health setting.

Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties.
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What Our Program Manager Will Do
- Recruits, trains, and retains staff necessary for program development and implementation.
- Ensures program compliance with internal policy and procedure, as well as, the external regulations from CARF and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external partners – including participation in meetings relevant to the program’s internal and community functions
- Responsible for the overall financial performance of the assigned program including the budget.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years in a mental health setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as within a treatment team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize and be patient
- Good time management
- Good organizational and computer skills (including Excel)
- Current drivers license
- Leadership experience with in a behavioral health setting
- A substance abuse certificate
