A day as a Pastry Cook:

• Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/ recipe
• complete assigned tasks in multiple station s
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
• Report problems with the food safety management system to manager and the hygiene and food safety team
  
  

W ho you are:

• Excellent production skills for high end pastries
• Knowledge of different techniques and cuisines
• Proactive and self-organized
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• A ble to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines
• Ab le to accurately monitor wastage
• F lexible to work different shifts – days, night s , weekends, and holidays
