Consumer Health Customer Supply Chain Analyst

The Customer Supply Chain Analyst supports Bayer Consumer Health customers. This role identifies and implements process/system improvements to meet and exceed functional targets and customer needs. Co-located with Sales, this role collaborates with and influences both Bayer and customer resources. This position leverages data analytics to improve supply chain operations, improving the efficiency of supply chain operations and facilitates/lead problem solving to address issues impacting customer performance.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Serves as a contributor to cross-functional teams for problem solving issues within the supply chain operations;
• Reviews multiple data inputs and understands clear levers to improve processes;
• Promote a partnership culture across Customer Supply Chain teams of leveraging best practices, utilizing Cl problem solving methodologies (e.g. why-why, data analysis, value stream mapping) to identify root causes and develop solutions;
• Supports deployment of digital tools to digitize supply chain operations such as Robotic Process Automation;
• Effectively extracts and analyzes key data sets to extract insight for end-to-end supply chain optimization;
• Partners with internal and external customers to efficiently deliver against project objectives;
• Develop and maintain operational tracking systems for key promotional activities, new item introductions, item transitions, discontinuations, on-shelf availability, inventory management etc.
  
  

Who You Are

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Able to demonstrate work experience and/or capability in the following areas: Leadership, Analytics, Collaboration and Communication;
• Results-oriented and performance-driven attitude.
  
  

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management or Data Analytics;
• 2 years experience in Customer Supply Chain, preferably within consumer health, CPG or OTC industry.
